3 Things for September

I can't believe summer is officially over! However, I know that living in Southern California for the past 8 years that many times we do have an endless summer and rarely get "fall" weather. It's crazy because I feel like I just blinked and Labor Day weekend was completely done and over with.

I've been behind on blogging due to many new life changes, but I'm looking forward to getting a renewed burst of creative energy. With that said, I wanted to share 3 things that I'm looking forward to in September.

Altuzarra for Target is coming to stores, online and NET-A-PORTER.COM on September 14th, and I truly think this is one of the most anticipated designer collabs {for me anyway}. I love the sexy, adult lines that Altuzarra went with and I can imagine each and every piece hanging in my closet. I know where I'll be when the clock strikes midnight in a couple weeks - right at home in my PJ's on my iPad ready to hit "buy." Instant gratification!

Another mini-vacation in Palm Springs at the end of the month to celebrate a beautiful bride-to-be before she ties the knot in November. I'm so looking forward to many fun memories with a great group of ladies, as we soak up the sun by day and dance our butts off at night!

Getting ready for fall by purchasing all things pumpkin scented and stock piling the candy corn. I may be the only person in the world who gets excited when the Halloween candy hits the shelves, which also reminds me that I need to whip out my baking recipes - since September is officially the start of fall, I can easily justify it.
