High Five For Friday

This week was a blur of meetings and lazy, hot evenings. I attended two days of a work conference in downtown San Diego and in between meetings, I was able to soak up some sun. Here's my week highlights:

1. Couldn't resist taking an elevator selfie at the Direct Response Expo at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. If you're ever in town, this is a beautiful hotel right on the bay and you can walk to the baseball stadium {Go Padres!}.

2. One of my clients sent me a box of goodies and included was Wen Hair Care.  Let's just say that I'm hooked! This stuff has literally worked miracles on my dry, processed hair and brought it back to life. I think they have a customer for life.

3. The weather has been unseasonably warm this week, which has really made it feel like summer. I picked up this Panama hat for weekends at the beach, as I've found that sunglasses just don't cut it anymore when it comes to protecting my face from the blinding rays of sun.

4. Cinco de Mayo is on Monday, so while browsing the web I found this delicious recipe for a Tequila Lime Spritzer that I plan on testing out.

5. As I mentioned earlier in the week, it was my best friend's 30th birthday. I was sad that I wasn't up north to celebrate with her, as it is a milestone birthday. We did talk about her coming down here in July to celebrate our birthdays together, so I'm super excited to start planning that adventure!
