Birthday Recap

Whoa, this past weekend was a whirlwind! I meant to post this yesterday, however it took every single ounce of energy to get to work and make it home without falling asleep at my desk or behind the wheel. I couldn't even manage to hit "publish" on here at the end of the day. Sad.

I wanted to share my birthday/weekend trip to Palm Springs a couple weeks back. As I mentioned, it was truly relaxing and the complete opposite of my weekend this past one (although this past one was pretty amazing as well). One thing about getting older is that bouncing back to a normal routine is never as easy as it once was, but you only live once, am I right?
